Questions about the price
- What does it cost?
- Every new centre starts with one month of the full Growth feature set, free — no card. After that you pick a plan: Starter at ₹2,999/month or Growth at ₹3,999/month. Paying yearly gets about 2 months free (₹29,999 or ₹39,999 a year). Chains and special setups get a Custom plan, quoted for you.
- What happens when the free month ends?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. We ask you to pick a plan — Starter or Growth. While you decide, the floor keeps working on a reduced set, because we are not going to switch your counter off in the middle of a Saturday. Choosing is one WhatsApp message and we set it up the same day.
- Can we use it for GST and accounts?
- It gives you the sales record, not the return. Every checkout is logged with the payment method, and the whole month exports as CSV for your accountant. PlayOps does not file GST and is not a full accounting package.
- Does PlayOps take the payment?
- No. The parent pays you the way they always have — your UPI QR, cash, or your own card machine. PlayOps records how they paid, so the day's total matches what is actually in the drawer.
