About PlayOps
PlayOps is play centre software for kids play areas, play zones and soft play. One screen runs the floor: tap to admit a child, a timer for every child with time-up alerts, hourly and package pricing, add-ons, memberships and prepaid passes, birthday parties, WhatsApp updates to parents, and a day-end report by payment method.
Who it is for
Owner-run indoor play centres — usually 15 to 40 children at the busiest hour, one centre or a few run separately. It runs in Chrome on the phone, tablet or PC already at your counter. No new hardware.
What it costs

What it does not do
- It does not work offline — parent WhatsApp alerts and live reports need internet.
- It is not a full accounting or tax-filing package; it produces the sales record, not the return.
- It does not sell or lease play equipment, and it is not a booking marketplace for parents.
- It is not a childcare, daycare or preschool attendance system.
- It does not process payments itself — the centre keeps its own payment arrangement and records how the parent paid.
Who builds it
PlayOps is built in Trivandrum, Kerala, by Synopse Technologies. Every centre gets its own address at yourbrand.playops.in. PlayOps also runs play centres outside India; prices in US$ are on getplayops.com.
